The Community Council for the Arts and Lenoir Community College present Twain by the Tale. A brilliantly composed theatre piece bringing to life the unpredictable wit and timeless perceptions of the great humorist. Done in the Reader's Theatre form, some of Twain's favorite targets are laid bare:  monarchs and moralists, cowardly duelists and frustrated suitors. There are also Twain's unreserved, razor sharp thoughts on friendship, vice, good breeding and politicians. Makes for a delightful evening.
