Living History Friday; Artillery

Date: March 3, 2017 Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Event Description Staff and volunteers will be dressed in Civil War Era attire and describe to visitors what life would have been like between 1861-65. Artillery is the focus of the first program. Visitors will learn about the different types of shells fired by cannons, the different jobs that a cannon crew would have, and the impact that artillery had on the course of the war.
